Regarding COVID-19 Corona Virus
As the health and safety of our staff and clients is very important to us, we have implemented the following procedures as a preventative measure.
Upon entering to start servicing your vehicle we will be wiping down steering wheel, shifter, window/door controls and door handles with antibacterial Lysol wipes.
We will perform the same procedure upon completion of servicing.
Additionally most of the work we do on your vehicle has always been performed by our technicians wearing nitrile gloves and face masks.
All our staff have been instructed to immediately report any symptoms that may be related to the virus and to stay home if in doubt.
We want you to know we look after you and your car with the highest standards.
As our community reacts responsibly to the threat of COVID19, we understand that recent events will make it difficult for some clients to keep appointments they’ve made with us over the coming month. We are working hard to continue providing the best possible service during this tough time, offering these conveniences to enhance your safety:
Complimentary vehicle pick-up and drop-off at your location within 10 kms from our shop. Your vehicle will be sanitized at the time of pickup and then again at drop-off. (This service must be arranged at the time of booking.)
After hours key drop using our secure key drop – found at the front of our building.
After hours vehicle pick-up.
Credit card payments over the phone and e-transfers payment available.
Daily sanitizing of our courtesy car. Our complimentary courtesy car is now cleaned daily and interior cleaning includes disinfectant treatment.
Vehicle keys are sanitized prior to returning to client.
Office counters and credit/debit machine are disinfected after every use.
